Fun stuff

edited September 2008 in Products & DIY
Some collars and knick knacks I found online awhile ago. I figure someone might appreciate the Japanese designs, though I dunno if I'd use the collars.

Brad needs that last collar for Kona!

Yeah to go with his kevlar jump harness XD

LMAO! Those are pretty cool.... A Tosa is just a little bigger than Kona tho - just a bit.

Those very last ones are really cool!

Wow, the detail in those designs is impressive. :-)

$1600 for a collar? You have to be kidding me. You'd be half way to importing a Shikoku from Japan for that amount of money.

I want some konpeito! Why doesn't North America have any similar candies?

I guess rock candy is similar, but not nearly as awesome.

I emailed that site w/ the stickers to see if they will ship to the US - I would love a Kai, Shikoku, Akita and Shiba sticker [one for each breed]. I'll let you guys know what they say - if they will ship here I might just buy some of each so we all have some. :o)

If they don't ship here I may require your services Shigeru. :o)

There is a Global Pro Series knife I have been wanting from Japan...
  • edited November -1
    me too me too!!!!

    I love Global Knives!!
  • edited November -1
    Global knives are so cool!
But I saw a shop on a Travel Channel program where you could pretty much have a knife custom made for you, and they would engrave your name on it and it would come in this fancy box. I have to say it got me wanting one of those. Unfortunately, they were kind of expensive.
I think the shop was in Tokyo, but I'm not sure since the show was about loads of places in Japan.

This place has a ton of awesome Japanese knives, they are out of NY:

A lot of them are really, really expensive. The Global Pro are more for professional use, a bit heavier than the regular ones. They only sell them in Japan though.
