Well it is over!

Politics aside-whats done is done and time to move on!
I am so excited to not be bombarded by political commercials, especially when all you do is sit and watch tv!
(this is not to discuss views, just relief!)

Oh!!! I am so happy that I am not the only one who is absolutely ecstatic that this election is (almost) over!

A campaigner came by the house this afternoon (I was at work). She rang the bell, and of course both dogs go nuts. Eric opens the door a crack, and she grabs the door and pulls it all the way open, letting Nola out. Nola has not quite learned what "STOP" or "WAIT" or "COME BACK" means. So Eric runs out, in the rain, in his socks chasing her around the front yard. She ran out to the street before he could get her attention and coax her to him. When he called and told me about this, I wanted to kill that girl. Who campaigns around town on ELECTION DAY? I am just so glad Nola is safe and sound, snoozing in her crate.
