And Loa is just so beautiful! I am really in love with her. I think I might have to add her to my thieving plans of taking your Akita (well, only two. Jessica and I decided she would take Hilo and Lani and I would take Fuji and Kahuna).
William - Yes, Fuji is an Akita Inu. She is a young female, she just turned 1 year old a few weeks ago. She is a VERY slow maturing female, especially compared to Lani. It's interesting. She will be much bigger than Lani tho, so that probably plays a big part in her development.

Barbara - LOL... I'm glad you guys got that worked out. You may have to fight it out with Rachael over Loa too.
----
Brandon - Ahi is doing really well. She doesn't seem to favor her shoulder anymore so we have been giving her a bit more freedom. As for her Fancy Pants, we got the new pair last week [finally], but they didn't send a side strap we needed. So we should get that this week, then she will be back in her pants for 6 weeks [and have a lot more freedom]. We made an appointment in March for her to go to a specialist and see if she is healed.
She goes on a lot of drives with Jen, anytime she goes anywhere Ahi tags along - so she is getting lots of mental stimulation. She LOVES to play with Masha too. I just want her to be passed this, it's killing us [and her]. (
Side note: She can now be in the same room with Luytiy w/o wanting to eat him - so that is a sign she feels better!

Dave - I LOVE the 70-300, it's perfect for my needs here in the yard. Those first few shots I screwed up and some how set the ISO to 1600! That is why they are so grainy. I took some great pics of Lani and Loa then realized I fat-fingered the ISO setting... so I had to go back out and take more of them. \

Fuji does have very long legs - she keeps growing taller, then she fills out to match her long legs, then she grows taller again. She looks like a deer right now. lol.
Ok, I won't be too greedy. Rachael can have Loa, I'll take Kahuna and Fuji and Jess get's Hilo and Lani. HOWEVER, if these PARTICULAR dogs actually go missing, I assure you, they are likely not in NJ, RI or GA. I promise (*fingers crossed*).

Awesome pictures, as usual Brad!
Nice spam.
I request more Kaia spam though!
I'm glad to see Ahi is getting some time out of her crate. I hope she gets better soon. I miss hearing about her antics.
