[SPAM] There is a saying in Northern New Mexico...

edited February 2009 in General
"If you don't like the weather, wait 5 minutes."

Today was no exception. We woke up to 50 degrees and thunderstorms and ended the day with 6 inches of snow at 28 degrees! Strange.

But, I got spam!

This is what Hilo did for 2 hours:

Kona, Fuji, and Loa had some fun:

Luytiy liked it too:

*Auto-focus kept focusing on the snow flakes since it was snowing so hard, so some of these are a bit out of focus.

This was how the sunset looked after the strange weather day:

I took some video too, I'll post them when they're uploaded.

I love your photos.. They are absolutely stunning!

A few nights ago it dropped to 30 here in Florida. Now we are wearing t-shirts and shorts again.

Hehe... snowy Hilo is just TOO damn cute!!!!!!!!!

I love how Hilo's head is still in the frame on those Kona, Loa, and Fuji shots. Those are some great action shots considering the conditions. I <3 the Loa bite Kona and Kona licking Loa pic.

    Cool spam!
I like the one of Hilo looking at the kids while they go around like crazy.
And the one of "every one get Fuji" s great!

Wow, I thought we were the only ones that have been having crazy weather...

Beautiful pictures! And the pups look like they had such a good time playing in the snow. And I love Hilo's 'take it all in' approach. :)

Great pics, Brad... Love the one of Kona licking the snow off Loa's nose... and its funny considering the one before that it looks like she is biting Kona's lower jaw off!

Enjoy your "all seasons" weather days ---- Looks like the doggies love it!

Hilo is such a ham... covered in snow. Nothing cuter than that!

    Your sunsets are so beautiful.

Man. Kahuna is turning into a big dog. I still think of him as being small for some reason, what is he weighing now? Akitas grow fast...

Huna is about 50lb now - Jen has him at the vet right now so I will have an exact weight later. He is taller than Hilo now!

lol, I think if it snowed any harder Mr. Hilo would be buried in it. You'd have to get the rest of the pack to dig him out.

So cute...so much snow. Love the frosty Hilo, and how the dogs are just plopped everywhere around the couch.

Masha is starting to dwarf all the other dogs, and it's great that they all are having fun

We have the same saying here in Kansas!! ;-) We've been back and forth between record warmth and snow. the pics are amazing! I want to cuddle Hilo, it's inevitable. And everyone looks like they really enjoyed themselves!!
