nikkis going to the vet tomorrow to have her hips checked out *fingers crossed!!!*

Lately, we have been noticing Nikki's hip "popping" every now and then when she sits next to us.
She walks/runs/jumps just fine, but has been kinda hesitant to jump onto our bed lately (bed is a lil higher than the couch she jumps on/off every 5 mins)
She used to get up and down our bed just fine too, but lately, she wld look like shes about to jump,& wld make a few attempts to try to leap up, and then give up and just sit down.
She just had her yearly shots and some bloodwork done, everything came back fine. Tomorrow I'm gonna bring her in to have this checked out, I really hope its nothing serious *fingers crossed*
And, *knock on wood*, if theres anything that needs treatment, Im hoping by bringing her in as soon as i noticed this, will help and she will be fine
Ahhhhh!!! I hate worrying!!!!

    Thanks everyone :)

So we took her in today, the x-ray machine wasnt working, but the vet felt her back legs, moved it around, felt if her hips/joints were dislocated etc... Everything seemed fine.
So he concluded that she may have strained her muscles or something, and told me to monitor for the next couple of days. And if i want to be sure, i should take Nikki back again for an x-ray.

Im gonna see how everything goes over the next couple of days, and will prolly just get her an x-ray to be sure.
    Feel kinda relieved now :)

Glad the vet seems to just think it is a strain. And I hope the x-rays prove it! Give her a little extra love from the Friedman gang. :)
