Fun at the Dog Park

Yesterday it was 40 and poured all day. Today was 63 and sunny and beautiful! Craig was off from work so we decided to take the kids to the dog run. Plus, they wanted to model their new Bark & Giggle products which came in the mail today :)

Mookie did zoomies around the run for the first 5 minutes and then decided to relax in the shade, like a bum.

The bum then gets up, walks 5 feet away and sits down again. He lets his admirers come to him. :P

And I'll end with a video, which was supposed to record how crazy Mookie was running around like a madman. As soon as I got the camera ready, he disappeared and I was left with a boring video that I thought I would post anyway.



We all had lots of fun! The pups have been sleeping since we got home at 4, save for the 5 minutes when they woke up at 6pm on the dot for dinner time. :)

    Melissa-- Thanks for the pics! You have the calmest dogs I have ever seen given the circumstances. Our dog park is insanely tumultous! Must be that pent-up energy they store from living with us MN reserved people all day long or something! Anyway, sure looks like Mookie and Penny had a wonderful time, and they are "drop-dead" georgeous in their new duds!

    Very nice dog park there looks like Penny and Mookie had alot of fun there. Penny and Mookie are such lovely looking shiba inu also George is such a cutie too! =)

    I hope the local dog park near me is just as nice looking as that one.

    It definitely looks like everyone had a great time! I like the "lets his admirers come to him". :) Bella does that, too.

    Haha. I guess they do seem pretty "chill" from the pics. Penny just hangs out by us unless other dogs provoke play with her, then she gets really into it. Mookie has crazy moments and then lazy bum moments. Unfortunately I could only take 30 shots yesterday since my stupid battery was low and I didn't notice. Then it died on me :(

    I promise I will have some crazy Shiba spam the next time we play at the run!
