Be glad shibas are such clean freaks...

...as siberian huskies clearly are not.

It's been raining like crazy today, and guess who decided to play in a puddle for the 2 minutes he was outside.

Lol... too cute. If that were Tojo, he'd be licking himself and wiping his face like a kitty cat.

LOL Crazy Tikaani my white boxer Bella is pretty clean she'll avoid puddles while walking and jump over them if they're to big, but my last boxer Pearly she is a white boxer too she loved the mud she'd run around the yard and get into it and when she wants to come in she looks like a brown boxer. =D

Ah yes, the joys of dirty huskies. And it takes FOREVER to bathe them and even longer for them to Dry.

    Takaani is too freaking cute.

    Lol! Too cute.

But not all Shibas are clean... Nola comes into the house looking similar to that after every rain. :)

This was after him having to wait for me to get the camera...Had it been glued to my hand, you would have seen the mud just pouring off his face. Tetsu tried to stay as far away from Tikaani as possible, Tikaani just wanted to wipe himself all over Tetsu.

We hosed him down after I took the pictures, and toweled him off as best as possible. Luckily for us, his coat doesn't retain water too well, so he dried quickly.

Guess he felt the need for a mud treatment at the Home Spa.

Oh I have one of those too *ha ha*....Well I would say not all Shibas are clean freaks. It varies and some are messy like Tikaani as pups and are less so as adults. However, there are a few that simply like mud and dirt all their lives, for example, digging perfect craters in the lawn and garden to come in covered in black and spitting mud chunks at the door (LOL).

    Snf

My Kirby would not stand to be THAT dirty. If he was, he would be cleaning like mad.

He is such a beautiful dog, even though he is filthy. Cute.
