Dreaming Dogs

Katsu is dreaming right now. She's laying down and twitching like crazy, and of course we left our camera at Dawn's parents house. Her tounge is sticking out of her mouth, her snout is twitching, her eyes are half open and her paws are twitching. I wonder what dogs dream about, do they have realistic or surreal dreams. Do they dream about running around and eating stuff they shouldn't eat, or do they go on spirit quests with Jim Morrison and his little naked indian friend? Do they dream about Shibu Emus?



I posted this "super realistic" and 100% authentic picture on another discussion but it just cracks me up so I had to post it again.

Jiro sometimes wakes me up when he's dreaming. I get woken up in the night with a long, "WoooWooo!" while he's dreaming. Sometimes he wakes himself up too then looks confused, it's really cute!

I love watching my pups sleep...Tetsu making little "pup-pup" noises, while Tikaani is continuously snoring and twitching

Whenever one of my pups pips or huffs in his/her sleep, the others get all excited and start barking out the window and soon they're all staring out the window protecting the house from... whatever the first dog was dreaming out.
