Ki has rear dew claws...and he's a mutie and has rear double dew claws. But (maybe because of his breed mix/development) the second dew claw didn't develop to a full size...so he has a dew claw and then a smaller one mostly hidden by his fur. I don't have a picture although I'll def grab one when I finally get home if you are interested.
I have considered, on multiple occassions, having it removed. Ki likes to pull on it and it scares the bejeebus out of me...and his mutant one is tough to trim because it's so much smaller...can't use his regular nail trimmer or the dremel. Unless it becomes a real issue though, I'll likely leave him as-is so that he doesn't need to go through a potentially stressful/ouchy procedure just to be a little less weird. lol
