Puppy and throwing up

Question for you guys. My 5 month old (Nami) occasionally throws up. Sometimes itS been after eatting some times after drinking. Also a few times after cming back from a run outside. It's not all the time but the last two days she has eaten her food, then maybe 30 mins later drank some water then with in a few minutes thrown up. Both times, eventhough right after eatting, it was only spit up. The food she has ate didn't come up. I have also noticed that she seems kind of gassy at times. What I mean by this is I can hear her stomach making noises and she burps sometimes. Is this anything to be concerned of? Or normal puppy behavior?

She eats orijen in morning and afternoon and natures variey raw in the evening. Her food bowls are elevated so she doesn't have to bend down.

All of the Shiba I have (4 right now) belch once or twice after eating. Only 1 is currently on Orijen. They have a tendency to urka-gurka in the AM on an empty stomache if I am late with breakfast. If they gulp a bunch of water after exercise, after a meal, or gulp a really rich meal, they *tend* to regurg it more easily. Lots of times there isn't any correlation with anything, but Beebe is most predictable so I have to feed her more frequently. As a puppy she would be more likely to regurg, do the urka-gurkas with no results or get the splats (just bring up water).

Do you think she has reflux?

I have heard that you should wait 24 hours before feeding RAW after feeding Kibble (and vice versa)...maybe the richness of the RAW is giving her a tummy upset.

She's probably just gulping too fast or taking in too much air while she drinks/eats. The spit up is normal. If it was a consistency of undigested foods (bile) or dark like blood then I would be concerned and consult a vet.
My two (adults) do this a lot after playing or something rigorous, they gulp water then spit it up. On my carpet. Always :)

A lot of people feed kibble in AM & raw in PM - a good 8-12 hours apart

It's because their enzymes are not at the right levels to eat raw after kibble. This can cause them to have an upset stomache or throw up. Try not feeding raw or kibble for a few days. Some dogs can take it, but some can't. I'm not a vet, and I'm assuming you already spoke to yours, but it does sound like a dietary issue.
