Had anyone been to Christopher Morley Park out in LI? I wanted to go check out the dog park over there with bingo tomorrow.

We go there! We love it, there's fresh water and *most* people are pretty responsible with their pets. It can get a bit busy Sat early afternoons.

Also, where on LI /Queens are you? We can make playdates for our pups!
FYI, Chris Morley Park dog parents WILL tell you to not come back if your pup is overly aggressive.

Ah we used to live in Forest Hills and just moved to Little Neck early this year..we are acutally at the vet on LI tomorrow morning and then going out to suffolk. Let me know if you like the dog run, and if you do maybe we can all meet on Sunday morning? BTW, don't know if you need to pay to to get in, last time we went we didn't but that was early June..I think..time flies!

CreamyShibaMom - Christopher Morley Park was small, and there was too many big dogs and i think bingo was scared or overwhelmed. I took him late afternoon, maybe i should try early morning and see how that goes. If you guys can come too, then that would be great also. maybe sunday or next saturday? I'm taking him to alley pond park this saturday. Have you been to the dog park over there before?

    Hey Phong!

The ones in queens are even smaller (but have the separated parks). I've never been to the one in Alley Pond, just the one by the Throgs Neck (bay something), which was TINY (think half of christopher morley divided by 2 sections).

Join us on Sunday at Byldenburgh! It's HUGE but maybe we can start off at the small area so you and Bingo can get adjusted.
