A small victory

edited January 2008 in Shikoku Ken (四国犬)
Today Tojo and Rakka sat quietly in the same room chewing on bones.  That's great because they previously had to be seperated.  They generally had the agreement that Tojo was allowed to chew bones in the bedroom/storage room/hallway and Rakka was allowed to chew bones in the living room but today they both chewed in the living room!  Hurray for getting along better!

Wow - that's great news! Congrats Smile

I know the feeling when pups finally start to accept each other - its kind of a peaceful feeling.

This might be a little late...but congratulations!!

It really must feel great to know that your doggies are getting along! My fingers are still crossed that my 2 dogs will get to that point...

That's awesome to hear.  Honestly, it's one of the best feelings in the world to watch your furry kids getting along, even if it's in small steps.

Yesterday they licked the same plate clean at the same time.  They did snark at each other a bit, but then went back to licking.  A month ago that would have resulted in a fight, so I'm glad to see steady improvement.
