LOL I love imagining the hair situation you guys must have at your house. This proof is even better!! :) I love how Blue is just lying next to the ball of fluff, like it's going to keep him warm somehow LOL

I can just imagine the next photo:

This is a month's worth of shedding! <--- laying next to this mountain of fur is Luytiy. -grins-.

Maybe Blue thinks it's a new addition to the pack, or a visiting dog, and felt he needed to keep an eye on it so that it doesn't cause any trouble.

    Holy Cow!

Blue is just wondering if that is his double coat :)

Wow... That is a lot of fur... And I love how the only non-double coat member of your pack is snoozing right next to it! :)

I feel a sneeze coming on just looking at that photo!

You should probably take up knitting and design your own clothing line as a lucrative side business. I'd definitely be first in line for Anderson FurWear "Eco-friendly products made from your very own pets!"

I think Jen does use some of the fur to spin into yarn.
  • edited November -1
Wow, that's quite the picture. It looks like you swept a hair salon after a long day hahaha.

Wow ...i second the clothing line, it would be so cozy and comfy!

There is a lady who makes handbags out of the fur shaved off the buyers pets. Imagine owning a part of the Anderson Pack

Yea, Jen keeps all the fur for her knitting / spinning. We have garbage bags of it.

When I took the picture I expected Blue to move over to the pile and use it as a pillow... Instead, what did he do? He grabbed a bunch thinking it would make a good snack. :ox

    Hey Brad,
My own dog does that with his fur! Makes for some fibrous poop on the way out!

Just washing my dogs (Sage badly timed a sniffing exam of a pile of horse crap that Reilly suddenly decided to pee on) and got to thinking:

    we get Katsu Bathtime Spam, but we never see, say- Liutiy Bathtime Spam... 8{

I can't imagine washing Ovcharkas...or Bath Day at the Ranch. got any videos of that?
  • edited November -1
Haha... nope, we don't wash the pups that often, maybe a few times a year. The Ovcharka never get paths, their baths come when the snow falls and they can rub all around in it.

I didn't know you guys had a Persian cat! How neat that Blue gets along with it so well ;)
