No problem Irene! She was really the only one that would "Play" with me so I could get the running action shots. Tsuki just stood there like "Nope, YOU run, I will stand!"
Here's some favorites from the insane amount of pics we took. I really felt like we didn't take that many but when I started uploading them, we took 780. Most of this due to burst mode though. Here's some to start off.
Katsu and Jiro got along great! Their play style and personalities really fit and I had a blast walking Jiro on Sunday. He's so strong and pulls a little, but listens well on lead. He really is a great dog, but we're still deciding. We'll have to see how he gets along with Tetsu and Tikaani, once he's all healed up. I'd also like to see him an an offleash dog park setting.
We had such a blast this weekend seeing everyone, and meeting some new friends.
It was nice to get to talk to Jen, we really didn't get a chance to at the PA meetup, maybe next meetup we'll get to see John . I'm so happy they bought Jiro up and we got to meet him. Jiro is a TANK! He really is a studly man even with his empty coin pouch. Kristin and Chris were excellent hosts and have a beautiful house. You have to really be crazy dog people to open your house to an invasion of Shibas. It's to bad that the Yankees have to win the world series this year! It was so cool to meet Chrys, Reilley and Paper Sage. Chrys is even more intelligent and well spoken in person. Plus she always drives around with goalie sticks in her Subie, so +1 to her for coolness. The paper Sage was so cool and she may have to make a paper Katsu soon! Irene and Matthew are always great to hang out with, they were nice enough to bring me a bottle of Calpico, which I forgot. We had a great time camping with Beth and Tom and really appreciated Tom's driving everywhere. Seriously Beth your going to have to start paying him or something! We're already planning another camping trip so we can drag Irene and Matthew along this time. Meeting with Jessica on Monday we great. Her and Jay have to be some of the chillest people I've met in a long time. They were both hysterical and really down to earth. I had a great time talking music and guitars with Jay. Jessica was amazing with the dogs. Everyone was a little too excited at first, but she took charge and took her on one of her famous walks and literally had all the dogs eating out of her hand! Both of her girls are gorgeous, but Ruby really stole my heart.
Anyway here's alot of spam.

I think the prospect of Katsu getting an older brother is kinda cool! Hopefully in a bit of time he'll get along with Tetsu..I think Tekanni jumps in only b/c it's another dog getting agressive with his "big" bro.
Glad you guys though of us enough to think of dragging us out camping with you ;-)...we did think about you that night when it was Fing freezing while we were walking spuds...we felt bad for you 4 plus the pups, though Mr. tongue-sticking-out-while-asleep husky might have liked it. We'd love to camp with you guys...only if you promise I won't freeze my butt off...and there's a shower...and a toilet...
This weekend was such a blast, and many thanks to Kristin, hubby and pups for being such wicked hosts. Lots of puppy playtime, yummy lobster rolls, and a nice walk in the park...what more can a lady ask for. Oh yeah, some spam to top it all off, enjoy!
