Treats Question

A friend travelled to Canada and bought Tiger some treats! They're called Buds Good Eats but the ingredients list has been rubbed off through travel and so the only thing I know is that it has 12% something in it and a minimum of 0.2% of something else.

Because I don't know what's in them and based on Tigers occasional off-poos, we're being a bit careful so until I know whats in them he wont be getting any. Google has yielded exactly nothing except stories about various pets named Bud I thought I'd see if any of you guys had heard of them or knew what was in them?

If I go to Petsmart in the next couple days I'll look for them. I think 12% is the protein content.
