What are you thankful for?

edited January 2016 in General
Well Turkey day is almost here so I thought I'd post this question. :)

I'm thankful for having two wonderful pups Bella and especially Saya.

I'm thankful for the many helpful forum members here that have helped me with things and I know when I go into raw feeding I know I'll have support with it.

I'm thankful for the land we own it's fun to walk in the fields or the forest(winter only due to ticks) and not knowing if I'll see a deer, coyote, badger, or a fox.

I'm thankful for my parents especially my mom.

I am thankful for many things, but especially for Sukoshi. She is a great little companion, very loving, gentle, wise--but also sometimes a pill. She's gotten me involved with four wonderful communities: the dog park, the Shiba Meetup, Shiba "rescue", and this Forum. She has been my furry Muse and inspired me to write a book (Tiny Little Shibas: Dreams). She even won my mother's heart. When I go to visit my mom at the assisted living facility, she always asks how Sukoshi is doing. (My mother was always a tad intimidated by the family Dalmatians...)

So thankful to be back in the US. We won't have Ki back with us in time for Thanksgiving but I'm thankful we're closer to our pack reunion. :D

I am thankful for the life that we are gifted with. I am thankful for my two wonderful pups who keep me on my toes and highly amused. I am thankful for the friends I have made on this forum who have helped me through some rough times and by helping me see the humour in following Nola around with a measuring cup trying to get a urine sample. I am also thankful for being able to turn to the 'bully stick' thread if I am having a bad day. :-P
