Miko and Ruby are Ridiculous
It has been a while since I posted pictures. To be frank, with so many accomplished photographers here, and me with my crappy point and shoot, I hesitate to post snap shots.
One day I will invest in a better camera. But for now here are some silly snapshots of my dynamic duo.
Oh, and if anyone ever tells you, that two females can never work, show them my kids. Dear god they are silly.

Hello Jessica, The dogography lead is not ment to scare people so they don't post pics anymore. I think the purpose of photography is to catch the beautiful moments in life and keep them for you or share them with others. You have some very nice photo's here, absolutely worth sharing, so please continue doing so. Don't worry about quality and such, just do what you like to do by catching those precious moments. The photography lead is just there to help you catch even more of these moments, in a possibly nicer way. Maybe to help you pic an other camera if you want, but why would you if you're satisfied right now??? Take a nice pic, post it there and ask whatever you want to know about it. Or just don't if you are perfectly happy now.
The moment is more important than the perfect picture. So post more of these gorgeous photo's where everyone can see how your "pack" is in perfect shape and very happy! Your dynamic duo is absolutely worth taking many more pics from!!! And don't forget to post them here, that's where the forum is ment to be for. Continue the good work!
silly pictures are better than any 'good' picture! It's nice and all looking at a brilliant shot of a dog's profile but it's more entertaining seeing Miko and Ruby being so loving.
The fifth one Miko is like 'Just making sure you are still there Ruby!'
Some of the photos on this blog is really strikingly beautiful and sharp.
However, like others have said, we all like to capture and share those precise moments of our pets, so snap shoots like yours would do the job.
On a more personal philosophical standpoint, I don't just want to highlight a few moments. Ordinary day-to-day living with our pet IS the ultimate experience. Besides, my eyes don't actually see Aki as sharp as those lenses. The PnS snapshots are more representative of how I see the world with our beloved pets in it.
Also, I horribly bad at organizing pictures and files.
That being said, I'm still pretty sure one day we'll still indulge ourselves in the pleasure of getting something like a Nikon D90 kind of camera.
Back to the real topic at hand, those are some ridiculously cute pictures. A group cuddle is really heart-warming. Also, I second what you said, don't let people mislead you into believing what works or doesn't work with dogs, those are just limiting beliefs that could rob away valuable experience with your kids. Each person's experience is different; since we are first time Akita owner, we still don't see most of the issues people warn about Akitas.
Rubes is a love to all, and Miko is just plain awesome.
LOVE IT!

And I do not want to hear another word about you not wanting to post pictures. I LOVE looking at your girls (especially when they are all nice and cuddly!).
BTW, Miko wins the saintly dog award for letting Ruby violate her like that. She's amazing!
Thank you everyone for appreciating the sweetness of these photos as much as I do.
