From the Shiba Side- Shiba needs help in Florida-desperately

In the past week and a half, it has come to my attention that there have been several older intact male Shibas dumped at local pounds and/or animal shelters.
These dogs have been in horrifying conditions.
Rudy, who is now safe in a foster home in PA (tsukitsune is fostering him and doing a wonderful job with him), I was lucky enough to meet on his transport out of the Virginia shelter he was in. He has kennel cough, is blind, and mostly (if not completely) deaf.
Rocky, who is currently in a shelter in Roanoke, VA, but will be transported to a foster in Ohio this weekend has a skin condition that is unknown.
And lastly, there is this guy. Foxy. He is in a Broward County, FL shelter in horrifying condition.

This guy has a horrible skin condition, looks to be slightly crippled due to not being able to move around, has what looks to be like a ligature mark on his front paw, and has toenails that just make me want to cringe. There is no reason at all for this dog to be in this type of condition.
I can rant and rave ALL day about how these dogs came to be in the conditions that they are/were and in the shelters that they were found.
But that is not going to help right now.
I am begging anyone in the surrounding Broward County area of Florida to help this guy. I know we have some members in the South Florida area. Go and adopt this guy. Donate to the shelter (I have already done so) and see that he gets the medical attention that he needs.
PLEASE. Help this guy. PLEASE.
