Kagome- How to steal a BullyStick

Hey Everyone!

We were lucky enough to snatch up this little girl. We’re calling her Kagome. :) She’s a freaking adorable ball of fur. Very curious and hates being in the crate. InuYasha wanted to eat her at first, but he has calmed down considerable. She likes chasing the kitties. Here are some quick shots, looks pretty small compared to Inu.

Thanks Sean!!!!!

    Congrats!

    I love the third photo... Inu seems to be inspecting her quite intensely!
  • Super cute! Congrats on your new addition. I love both your pups' names.
  • :) Glad to see u post pictures of her! Yeah, they weren't crated, but in a HUGE ex-pen (since there were 9 of them!) so they aren't used to being in a crate :T But yeah she's sooo fluffy and adorable! You are one lucky gal!
  • Dude... That pup is too cute for words!

    Congrats!!! Cool we will have another Akita & Shikoku owner on here!!!

  • Congrats Jessika! :-)

    And don't worry, Kuma wanted to eat Sachi at first too, but calmed down very quickly with her.

    ...and I agree about all that hair. Lots of vacuuming in your future!

    @kbbd83, haha!

    @hondru, yeah Inu is blowing his coat, the cats have their winter coats happening, I'm vacuuming a few times a day.

    Here are a few more pictures, she has taken to snow really well.

    And a video

  • I'm glad your ball O' fur is home. There is something really unique( in a good way) about the Long Coat personality. I got off the phone with one of the other owners last night. He was having issues with the crates and crying. By day three or so, the crate was not an issue same for the crying. I'm glad this worked out..... Keep the spam coming.

    Once I get the new JACA Pedigrees up and going, I will send you one.

    @*JackBurton*, that is good to know. She wasn't happy last night. It was kinda funny, her crying sounds like monkey and birds noises.
  • Lol too cute! Btw Jessika, make noises like "psssttttttt psssst pssssstttt" that's their "recall". Ben and his wife used that with the pups and they would come running! :)
  • Kaeda cried and cried and cried. Overtime she got over it - now I get my morning Meow follow by random Akita talk
  • When I mentioned the fur, I was thinking of the fur that would come from a long-haired akita.

    Funny you should mention the crying like a monkeybird. When we got Tojo, we mentioned that he would scream like a monkey and people would always say, "How does a dog scream like a monkey?" But one time we left him with Noah's mom and sister, and when we got back, they said they now understood how a dog could scream like a monkey.

    Awww she's so cute :D I see you're sticking with the Inuyasha themed names ;)

    and oh yeah, Inu is one heck of a gorgeous shikoku boy :) Verrrrrry hadsome
  • @hondru, lol!

    Thanks everyone!

    @Araks, Thanks! I love him! It made sense to call her Kagome.

    @Jujee, the psssttt worked!
  • Here is a cute video of Kagome stealing a bullystick.

  • Aww Poor Inu! lol. Mika did that when I first got her. She would always steal my friends husky's bullystick. :P she still does it when she comes over! Venus (the husky) doesn't care, but gets more irritated because Mika won't play! She will just chew on the bullystick.

    They are so cute, keep up the spam!
  • Very cute! Inu is doing very well with her it seems!

    She is so fuzzy!!
  • She is too frickin cute for words!!!! I soooo want to steal her and give her kisses and hug her furry self. Congrats!!!!
  • Aaaaaaw, total cuteness overload! She's so adorable - and cheeky it seems. Very good tactics on the bullystick stealing ;P
  • She is so nice! Thanks for pictures :)
  • Kagome is a very cute new addition!

    I love her "How to Steal a Bullystick" style...very cutesy & crafty.
  • Kagame is sooo cute! I loved how she did a little roll with her feet up in the air as a distraction :p

    Also . . . I noticed that nice halter you have for Inu Yasha . . . I was wondering what type it is, and where you found it. I haven't seen anything like that at any pet stores.

    @TaraA, it's the Wonder Walker...http://www.wonderwalkerbodyhalter.com

    One of my local pet stores have them...Inu has good range of motion with his front legs. I just bought him this one,

    http://www.wiggleswagswhiskers.com/newsite/freedom-no-pull-harness.htm

    the freedom harness seems more secure, but for some reason I like the Wonder Walker better.
