I had to put my sweet baby down last weekend. He had gotten really sick and there was nothing else we could do for him. After 15 years together it all feels surreal. He is much missed and loved. Rest in peace my sweet boy.

  • Sorry for the loss 15 years is a nice age to live to for a dog Dink my catahoula mix is 15 years old she is sadly going down there too so I know how you feel lost Pearly and Junior due to cancer.. =\

  • Thank you all. He was the best dog I could have asked for and yes we did have very good times. I have some great memories of our life together and I cherise them all. My heart is broken, I know it will get better with time. My house just feels so empty...it's all surreal. It's really nice to know that thier are people out there that love thier dogs as much as I love him and that they understand how it feels when they are gone. Thank you so much for your support. I look forward to reading about your dogs and the day when I can/am ready for my Shika.
