Does anyone know these judges?

So, I'm planning some shows for Nuuk and happily we have Japanese judges in many shows. But the problem is that Nuuk never fits the FCI size. Do you know are these judges more Nippo than KKA Mr. Masanori Fujimoto, Mr. S. Bessho and Mr. Ichiro Ishikawa.

I think Ichiro Ishikawa has judged some international Shiba Specialties, and Akita. I think he likes shorter dogs with smaller ears based on his judging critiques that I am reading online.
