@Zinja - Contact NYCSR and see if they could provide you some contacts for a transport to be set up and help pull this girl out of the shelter.

The shelter doesn't help... they hung up on me twice! Will try nycsr

Judy from NYSCR sent me an email saying, "I have already been contacted about this dog." I'm not sure if they have plans but I spoke with a jindo rescuer "treasured k9s" who works with NYCSR and she said she was currently full.
