Any Internet sleuths out there able to find a vet in So. Cali who performs vasectomies on dogs?

I'll ask my teacher if she knows anyone like that, but she is very for full neuters unfortunately. She says "testosterone is the root of all evil."

I'll ask around. The vet who did Sevuk's retired last year( he was getting really old) and doesn't practice anymore. I've had no luck finding another that does, though.
