Got to see Kayoko today, which in turn = photo spam session.

First I need another puppy and second it is so much fun watching them grow up. This is Kaya (Kayoko Go Taheiyo Kensha on the long form). 14 weeks old born on December 5th. Her family just loves her and she was quite a hit at the shiba show today in LA.

    I am actually laying down with Toki on the floor looking at these pictures when I scrolled through them. He actually watched and pawed at the screen. Dunno if he actually saw another dog or just saw the iPad screen move, but I'm gonna go with he found a new girlfriend :P

    Of course I'm biased but I see a lot of Kaeda in her. She is bigger than Kaeda at this point for sure.

    I went through all my photos of Kaede around this age. Here is a little side by side of the two. I also got to see photos of Kiki(red) as well. Honestly I'm happy with all four but I'm biased.

    Kaede at 13 weeks. Kayoko's just turned 14 weeks.

    Oh wow she does look like Kaede!! Kaede is my favorite looking Akita. I have admired her since she was a puppy. She's perfect Sean in every way! Congratulations on such a nice breeding.

    Thank you for the kind words, I love her to death. She is on the small side, when you see her at pet expo you'll see. In fact I don't think she'll be in coat by then either. Kaya will be at the Expo as well.

    Oh that's right! I will see her! That will be exciting.

    Koda will be out of coat too. I kind've wish the Expo was in December so everyone can see how thick and beautiful his coat is now that he's all grown up. he he
