Animal refuge kansai with issue with a breeder..
This was posted on shiba FB group.
"Dear fellow dog lovers,
I am contacting you on behalf of Animal Refuge Kansai, ARK, one of the few animal rescues in Japan. We are contacting your organization because we know that as breed rescue you are especially interested in the welfare of your favorite breed and know others that are interested in keeping these dogs safe. There is a breeder in Japan that is keeping his dogs in horrible conditions, laying on piles of feces, tied up so they can't lay down, etc. We have gone after this breeder in the past and many animals were confiscated and he was fined a small amount.
Now we have found he is at it again with a new location! Last time, when we got the press involved and the problem was aired to the public everything moved faster and we were able to get 55 dogs to safety. We need help getting this breeder exposed, this time to the world, hopefully shutting him down for good. There are many ways to help, as a rescue the biggest thing we can ask for is for you to let everyone you know that loves dogs about this issue. All the details are on our website: http://arkbark.net/?q=en/node/4207
Thank you in advance for any and all support you can give,
Chandra Sheppard on behalf of Elizabeth Oliver"
This is so sad the pictures are so yucky.
