I am going to be in Hokkaido in early September to meet some breeders and hopefully arrange to get a puppy for December/January.

LOL... not what I was expecting when you said "cool", but that is indeed very cool. Rad even.

The picture is of Kai-kun, the famous Oto-san of the SoftBank commercials. I saw this one yesterday and had to pass it on.

jeffnkazuko Hope things work out for you! Please post pictures of some hokkaido and give us any info you can.
I remember when some Hokkaido owners on her posted pictures and stories on their dog.. I loved it and reading about their dog.
My trek to get me a Hokkaido pup will be long road.. Once I'm living on my own with a nice house then I'll start the journey..

Haha, I was going to ask if this was the SoftBank dog. I love their CMs. Best family ever.

First off... I'm jealous that you could be getting a Hokkaido pup so soon.
Second, that's a pretty neat picture. Dogs posing on bikes = awesome. Actually, here is a Softbank commerical I found that also features a bike:
I totally made that song the ringtone on my phone...
And I would love to be part of a Hokkaido Ken Army.
