Size Progression chart

Does anyone have a size progression chart for their puppy? I know breed is a big factor in this but I'm trying to get an idea on how big my puppy will be. The vet estimates him to be 4/5 months old and he's only 13.5 lbs. He gained 3 lbs in 3 weeks.

Three weeks ago, my vet predicted 45lbs while the vet techs predicted 35. I think he might finish around 25lbs range judging by his growth. My vet thinks he looks like a border collie and Australian Cattle Dog.

I guess I'm just interested in the adult dogs that are around 45lbs. My Shiba was 30 lbs but I adopted him when he was about 7 months and he was basically done growing. I'm just trying to get an idea on how big my puppy might be.

My 10 week old Kai is 13 lbs. He should end up 40ish lbs (?), so if your pup is older than mine but weighs the same, I imagine he'll be smaller than a male kai.

My Shiba was about that same weight at 4/5 months and he's now 17.6 lbs at one year old.

So, the puppy is 13.5 lbs at 4.5 months. He's also 13inches tall. How tall is your shiba, @NotoriousScrat?

He's about 15.5 inches.
