I recommend you get a copy of this perfect puppy book and start following the training tips at home, and get him enrolled in puppy social and puppy classes, pups usually only need their first shots to attend. Nature vs. nurture, pups' personality are set by week 13, so you have 6-7 weeks to socialize and mold their personality... Good luck!

ps. aggression towards people and aggression towards other animals/prey are very different behavior. You can have a very loving dog that is aggressive to other dogs b/c he thinks of them as prey, or he got bullied/attacked as a young pup. Thus the importance of socialization...
Also I would suggest getting Ian Dunbar's books, Before and After Getting your Puppy. You can download them for free here (among other places): http://www.dog-obedience-training-review.com/before-and-after-you-get-your-puppy.html
Have you enrolled in a positive based training class?
This site has list of positive based classes, but there is other ways to find them.

The Ian dunbar book is good read you can buy it on amazon or read it free somewhere I think.
Socialization and positive experiences with people and well behaved dogs is one step to help the pup learn to behave with other people and to be friendly with them.
Kids are a mixed bag as some can be scary noise or movement wise. Try keep interactions with kids positive and with kids who are old enough to listen to you and pet the dog right.
I never leave a dog of any breed alone with a kid as you never know what the kid might do and things happen.
Try get bite inhibition handled then to not bite at all..
Puppy class will help a lot with socialization with puppies and the owners.
