I'm not going to be able to make this anymore. My professor decided to drop a big calculus test on us that following monday along with other stuff that came up for school. So sad.
The schedule isn't up anymore, but I thought Corina (@ShikokuSpirit) was coming on Friday & Sunday. It was Saturday morning that was the issue for her?
This year I heard the organizers weren't mailing out exhibitor passes/parking passes but handing them out on Thursday setup. The exhibitor passes can be left at the "will call" booth for a later exhibitor to pick them up. (But coordinate with Corina since she seems to be in charge of the three NK booths.)
The booths come with a full wall curtain in the back and half-wall curtain on the sides. There's a simple Expo label with the booth name (breed name) hanging on the back curtain. If there's no additional decorations or posters, it'll still be enough for people to find you.
If there are no chairs or tables in the booth, there are usually Expo reps wandering around in the morning before official opening time and you can ask for some.
I've strongly suggested bringing several x-pens to keep the crowd from darting in too deep into the booth and bothering the dogs when they want to rest, but with things being so bare-bones this year, a wire crate with a towel to cover might be more portable.
@violet_in_seville - Yeah, I saw that. I was assuming that Corina would have the set-up materials from last year like the posters, the banner that Chrystal designed, and any extra bookmarks.
Koda has blown both of his ACLs. He has degenerative joint disease and cruciate ligament disease. We already fixed the first one and this is his other one. It blew when he tried to run five feet.
I might be able to swing by on Friday morning to drop off some spare wire crates and a 4'x4'x4' X-pen. I'd love to be able to see you and Kurenai's baby daddy!
I'll have Saturday covered until 2 (then I switch over to the Shiba Inu booth)

Also, Julie can't make it. Her grandfather passed away yesterday. This is just not a great month.

@poeticdragon - Yay!
I'm actually at the vets now. Good thing I didn't plan on leaving Koda with someone we may have an infection going on. :-(
