When my shiba had giardia ~3 years ago when he was a pup he was throwing up (in addition to the smelly, yucky diarrhea) as a symptom of giardia. My akita pup has it now, but the only symptoms with him was the smelly poo.
Make sure you clean her bowls often as the cysts shed with feces they can get stuck to the fur on her butt and she may reinfect herself or contaminate the environment that way. It's easy to treat giardia, but it's also so easy to get reinfected.
I have been cleaning the yard where she used to eliminate using bleach and I limited her access to the yard. I now have her to do her business on a doggie toilet outside so it is easier to clean afterwards . also using the baby wipers at the door . All of her toys are sanitized. and I throw her bed and the towels I used in the past away.
I still think her diarrhea was caused by the peanut butter, I have noticed she would have a little messy poo after the yogurt I added into her rice/chicken/carrots meal. she is having pretty good stool after I leave the yogurt out, She still refuses kibbles.
She sneezes a lot, I wonder if she has some sort of allergy, I need to take her to a better vet as the current one always telling me she is fine , just a change of environment, and she will get over with it . What if she has a cold , from being in the cargo load coz it is really cold in there . is it possible she has cold...or allergy ?

Glad she got a diagnosis and it's something easy to deal with!
