Meetup for DC Cherry Blossom festival?!
I know that this is WAY EARLY, but are any of you interested in meeting for the annual Cherry Blossom festival in Washington D.C. since it is also a celebration of the Japanese culture as well? I also know that the DCSIR, the main Shiba resue in the northern VA/DC area also has a meetup for this event. I would really love to go and meet fellow Shiba lovers and was hoping to find out if other NK members would be interested as well.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Edit:
I went to their Facebook page to last year's event, it looks as though they met on the Sunday following the main Cherry Blossom event. I believe that they might do it again, but I'm not sure. Last time, they met at the Jefferson Memorial but traffic was awful, of course. I follow them on Facebook, if they have another Shiba Inu Cherry Blossom walk, then I will post details and the event page link as soon as I find out about it. The event is always public and all Shiba owners are welcome to join and celebrate Japan's national treasure.

I love that picture! A few of the dogs remind me of Mya!
