Euggghh!Dare to be grossed out!

Hi everyone!

Sorry I haven't really been commenting much these days. Lots of work and other stuff besides taking care of the kiddies... I've been snowed under!

Kuma had a nice show put up for me while I sat to have late lunch a short while ago...

As you guys know, he's doing most of his 'dos' at home since the vet has discouraged us from taking him out so often until his vaccinations are done. So, he is supposed to go to the bathroom on nappy-sheet thingies with newspapers on top.

He always times his poop when we're sitting down for lunch or dinner, it seems but today was an Oscar-winning performance! He started, it seems the poop got stuck on a long hair and was basically dangling like a bungee off his butt. He started dancing around to get it off him and whining in a grossed out way, like "Get this oooofff meeee!!!"

So after what seemed like an eternity of dancing around the entrance and the front part of the living room where I had been eating... yes, I had stopped eating at that point...it was like watching a funny, smelly, messy car crash!

He left bits of poop in about a dozen places. I didn't know if I wanted to laugh or cry or heave! Sealed

hahaha. that's happened to us twice - i thought it was because he swallowed some fuzz after killing his stuffed animals and made his poo a little stringy. anyway, he pitches a fit until we can wrap the bag around our hand and pull it off him. i hate it because to the untrained eye, it looks like we're killing him when really we're just trying to pull poop off his bottom.

Haha. Joey has had one little freak out like that too. Luckily it was outside and he managed to shake it loose before I got there to help him out. It was hilarious though.

Been there, done that, bought the t-shirt.

Koda’s fondness of long hair is reminiscent of my love of spicy food, neither of us needs to be reminded what we've had for dinner the night before.

The only thing is that we do take her outside (although we try to limit her contact to other animals as much as possible). On more than one occasion I’ve had curious neighbors drop by because gauging by the shrieking they weren’t sure if I was pulling something out of her butt or trying to cram it all back in.  Wink
