Need a pup transported?

I'm going back to Japan again. This time I am going to Hokkaido. It will be the first two weeks of January, though the dates haven't been nailed down yet. I will fly on Delta or JAL so I can bring a pup or two back with me without problems. Just let me know and we can work something out.

Really really cold. I was thinking small pup flying in cabin (no need to worry about cold weather certificate from vet).

With that new legislation passed, you can only import 4+ month old pups into the US. So, your plan may not work...

The 4 month rule doesn't apply to pups from rabies-free countries. Japan is listed as rabies-free.
