Wolfsblut, anyone heard of it?

I stumbled on this food the other day, on a Portuguese online petshop. Sadly, all the info I can get on it is in German, but from what I can get, it's grain-free.
I could also gather that it's apparently made in the US.

Has any one heard of it, or tried it?
