@Sangmort Just tossing it out there since it's two months away, not quite far away but not quite soon. If it happens then we should definitely all meet up for lunch on the way up or back though and FINALLY hang out haha.
@Cezeig - When you have a sick dog in addition to over a hundred and fifty reptiles, anything outside of one year's notice is too soon
I had made a commitment to attend a reptile expo in October in Illinois over a year ago, but it looks like that's not going to happen either. Everything is really uncertain right now.
Granted, you can always come watch the reptiles for me & I'll go up LOL! j/k ~
Forgot to mention, the guy who owns Hogan Leather is part of the leather forum I'm on. He's actually given me a bit of advice when I started my collar stuff. nice guy, I don't have any experience with him personally, but I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him. ~
@Sangmort LOL holy cow I completely forgot about your reptiles. Yeahhh idk how well it would work if you took them all on the road trip so that you could maintain the feeding schedule :P
I plan to attend the judge seminar and banquet, so I cannot do dinner Friday or Saturday. I am happy to do dinner Thursday, lunch during the break Saturday, or breakfast Sunday.
Got it all here http://laed.e-shibainu.com/ They're a lot cheaper than Adachiya, so nowadays I always buy them here. If anyone wants anything, let me know.
@poeticdragon if you send me a picture, I can look around. @sjp051993 between 2500 yen - 6000 yen or thereabouts depending on which type and size you're going for.
Most of the leads are for Shiba, but the length and thickness is only slightly different from the ones for the medium size breeds on this page. http://laed.e-shibainu.com/tyugata.html
I'm not sure if the store owners speak English, but I know they will ship overseas.
Looks like there are a few people interested in leads. I'll be placing an order sometime next week, so hit me up via email before then if you want anything. kato.the.walrus@gmail.com
@TheWalrus - I sent you an email. I also have a member of the club putting on the show that is going to email you as well. She wants to order some as well.
This is the first photo I can find where the chain is visible on a Japanese Akita in the show ring. Usually its hidden by the fluff. Its gold and it has a little name plate on it. I want one of these for each of my dogs with their names engraved on them. (The show collars are too expensive for each dog to have their own, they get to share.)
Alrighty guys... I officially have a room booked, so you guys will be blessed with B&N's presence! And me, of course... Haha. ( @WrylyBrindle & @sjp051993 - I will be bringing some cider for you guys!)
I just heard from the show organizers, and since Matsu will not be quite 8 months old yet at the Classic, he will show in the Puppy Bowl on Friday afternoon.
Im not sure what could be cuter than an NK puppy parade

Don't think too many people would be happy with me bringing along snakes, lizards, & geckos LOL! [ if that was even possible! ] ~
@cdenney - What are your plans?
